7 years running, the Sydney Harbour Splash is one of Sydney’s most iconic swims. Start at Rose Bay and follow the coastline with stunning views to the Harbour Bridge. The harbour provides predictable conditions for the open water first-timers and gives the competitive ones a chance to have a good crack at their PBs.

The Dementia Research Community brings together dedicated people with a common goal - to raise awareness of dementia, and to fundraise to help find a cure.
Over $1 million has been raised since 2016, and all funds raised from the Sydney Harbour Splash will go towards research for a cure for dementia.
