Friday, January 26 - Event day:

A few options to park your car near Manly Wharf:

Manly Wharf car park - Opens at 6am - Website here.

Whistler Street car park - Opens at 6:30am* - Website here.

*We have been informed by Northern Beaches Council that access to Whistler car park will be available much earlier than their offical operating time of 6:30am. This will give you time to make our ferry at 6:45am

The Manly Express will leave from from wharf 3 - in front of Wharf Bar.

Please bring a form of ID to get your name checked off.

It’s very important you arrive by 6.30am to have your name checked off as the Manly Express Ferry WILL depart at 6:45am.

Once aboard sit back and enjoy a sunrise cruise across the harbour over to Rose Bay (keep your eyes peeled for whales and dolphins as you pass Sydney heads) .

Arriving at Rose Bay its only a short walk along the foreshore to Woollahra Sailing Club- You’ll have enough time to get registered before we pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land including a welcome to country and a smoke ceremony.

Depending on your start time you’ll hit the water for your swim. Whether it be 1km, 2.5km or the 5km swim you’re gonna love this flat, fast course with views straight down the harbour all the way to the world famous Harbour Bridge.

Once you’ve run (or walked) up the famous blue carpet and crossed the finish line you’ll be greeted by our wonderful volunteers with a finishers towel, Blue Dinosaur Bar, fresh fruit and refreshments. 

You’ll have time to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the presentation. Our generous sponsors have made sure there are lots of prizes up for grabs including a holiday to Hamilton Island!

Head on over to Rose Bay wharf to board the Manly Express back to Manly. The Splash crew will make an announcement at this time however is it up to the passengers to keep an eye on the time as the ferry will leave at 11.00 regardless.

The Manly Express departs Rose Bay wharf at 11:00am SHARP. We’ve timed this perfectly to watch the spectacular Ferrython as they turn at Shark Island to race back towards the Harbour Bridge.

With the Manly Express due to dock at Manly around 11:30am, you’ve still got plenty of time make it to your mates BBQ for the afternoon.
